A & D’s experienced Staffing Coordinators are available ‘round-the-clock’
The A& D Staffing Coordinator are individuals who understand the health care field thoroughly and the job description of the
positions they fill. They have the experience it takes to ask the right questions to get a complete picture of your facility
and your staffing needs. They are committed to ongoing and open communication, and to advising you promptly on the status of
your open positions.
A & D also provides a 24 hour on-call staffing coordinator to ensure familiarity that the staffing and credentialing
requirements of your facility are maintained, and to take appropriate action if issues and concerns are arise on afternoon and
night shifts.
The A & D screening process includes:
- Completed application
- Completed skills checklist
- Signed job description
- Written competence (skill) evaluation in nursing or allied specialty with a passing score of 75% (client facilities may require higher scores)
- Professional references
- Current CPR card; ACLS ( if applicable)
- Valid licensure/certification/registration verified with the specific state agency governing the profession
- References showing employee has a minimum of one (1) year relevant experience within the last three (3) years: CNA’s need to have six (6) months relevant experience
- Record of employees current health profile or physician’s statement of health including TB skin test or chest X-Ray, proof of immunity t MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), rubeola, varicella where required
A & D compliance with JCAHO Standards when hiring staff for client staffing assignments.
- Record providing employee attends annual review of infection control, safety procedures and other mandatory JCAHO and OSHA in-services as appropriate.
- Drug screen were required
- Criminal background checks (CBI)
- Record of compliance with immigration laws
- Orientation to A & D guidelines but not limited ot payroll information and benefits, client specific orientation materials for review prior to assignment at facility (where applicable)
A & D encourages facilities to participate, give feedback and evaluate A & D employees.
We accurately account for time billed, allocate charges to appropriate cost centers, and request payment within the agreed upon
time period.
